RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- Your return / exchange request should be sent by email bellissimocollections@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
- In case you received a damaged product, you need to email us a photo of the damaged product.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- No COD available with Bellissimo .
Refund:
- Once we receive your items we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved we will credit the amount to back to the same account where the payment was made from.
- We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 7 Days.
SHIPPING OF RETURNED ITEMS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non – refundable.
